Exotic and distinctive, our Açai-Blueberry has become a classic combination. The açai is a tropical berry full of antioxidants, some tannin, and interesting flavor nuances such as clove, nuts and chocolate. The blueberry is known for its light, pleasing berry taste. Marrying the two flavors requires a delicate hand to achieve balance. The nose features blueberry with a bit of raspberry and some nuts from the açai. Because of the tannin in the açai, there is structure in the mouth, making this a sophisticated flavor softened by blueberries, raspberries, and a hint of almond for an exotic taste experience.
